Our company was founded in 1997 by Ann Noriel, General Director,
and Steve Parkin. Together, Ann and Steve possess more than
forty years of experience in theatre and music, and this experience
continues to grow. Since its inception, Southland Opera has
given over 2500 performances with our ambitious educational
outreach program. This means an audience count of over half
a million local children and adults.
With offices located in Orange and Los Angeles Counties,
Southland Opera performs at schools throughout Southern California.
And in the current season, Southland Opera is mounting six
separate school and holiday season productions:
